ORBITZ REWARDS PAGES

Problem: 
Users were not engaging with the reward program because the key benefits were buried in dense text or poorly placed CTA. 

Solution: 
Repositioned content to prioritize rewards visibility, simplify information architecture, and guide users toward conversion. 

Key Changes Made: 

  1. Moved rewards summary to the top for immediate visibility 
  2. Group related benefits under clear section headers. 
  3. Added visual hierarchy using: 
    • Icons/cards for quick scanning
    • Progressive disclosures: “Benefit dropdowns” 
  4. Tested iterations via A/B testing

    • Clarify their service offering through intuitive “How It Works” flow 
    • Increase conversions by highlighting benefits more effectively
